ZERO stars. I was so excited that this actually WORKED when I first put it in my Shark vacuum. I plugged it in to make sure it was fully charged next time I needed it. Well, the next time I tried it it was dead. NOT happy. It still hasn't taken a charge ever since and it's been about a week now. Expensive GARBAGE. Read more
