I would give 0 stars! Please let our mistake be your warning! THIS IS NOT MICROSOFT. It is a 3rd-party seller called Merchandized Squared. My husband bought our 8-year-old this for Christmas. He purchased it in October 2025; however, this was a gift from Santa, so it was not opened until 12/25. Upon opening, I realized the box had been re-taped. The box looked awful, but he console itself was in good shape. Once it was set up, it gave us nothing but issues. It would not play any of the disc games; he could only play Roblux online. Even with that, the screen had flashing and digital defects. We followed all the troubleshooting tips, had two tech gurus here to look at it, and still no luck. We notified Amazon, which reached out to the seller 3x with no response. Amazon told us to follow the warranty instructions. When we registered the console with Microsoft, it said he warranty expired in 2024! (ugh, we brough it October of 2025) I immediately called Amazon and told them we were scammed. Amazon did the right thing and refunded us our $500. Do NOT BUY from this seller. This was nearly 3 weeks of hell. Read more
