These are a nice set of balaclava masks. they each come individually wrapped in a plastic bag. They are thin. They won't help keep your face warm in the winter, but they will keep the wind rom blowing into your face. The material is stretchy enough that you can pull the mouth area under your chin without it getting tight. Or, you can pull the head down so it only covers the bottom half of your face. Either way, plenty of stretch for this purpose. The colors are crisp and the material seems to be sturdy with strong stitching. For the price point, at around $2.50 per mask, I expected the one or other hitch. I got disappointed on that end. There are none. The fit id good, the sizing, the quality, the softness, all feels great. I have not noticed any quality issues, in the material or craftmanship. They add a subtle protective layer, a little warmth. These are definitely thin material, but that is what gives such flexibility when wearing them. It stretches enough that you can tuck the open face under your chin, or leave it up to cover your mouth and/or nose. If you want to pull it down, you can use it as a neck piece. This is not as warm as others, but the extra layer does a surprisingly good job of protecting your face from the cold. The thinness also makes this a great layering piece under a helmet, hood, or parka. I actually prefer the thinner material because of this. It stretches enough for men or women to use. This comes in a multi-colored pack of 12 to accommodate any mood of the wearer. They are designed with multiple uses in mind but primarily as a face mask while riding a motorcycle -- which is why I ordered this set. Manufactured from lightweight composite polyester, they are breathable and cool, machine washable, and more importantly, comfortable. I wore a camo colored one on my bike ride this morning and it made my ride a whole lot more comfortable. It also has a little bit of stretch so they fit my big head just fine. While they are labeled for anyone, the sizing is more suitable for an adult or teenager, but they are wearable for men or women.
