This balaclava is just what my 10 year son wanted for the cool weather. It can be worn as a gaiter (around the neck), Over the mouth and nose, or covering his hair and ears where only his eyes are visible (full-ninja-mode). The fabric is soft, stretchable and highly breathable. It keeps him warm and hidden and fits him perfectly. This appears to be very sturdy and made with good quality materials. It holds its shape well and I've had no loose stitching issues, like we've had with other ski masks. This should last him a few seasons if he takes good care of it. I highly recommend. Read more

The media could not be loaded. It's too big for a 2 year old toddler. On the sides, the hat is layered on top of the part that goes over the mouth. So if you put the hat part on, then pull up the mouth, your ears pop out. It can be fixed by shoving your ears back in but it is really annoying. Read more

This works great for smaller kids (10 and under). My little guy loves it and will wear it as a ninja mask. It's liner is very soft fleece like material on the inside. It's fairly thick overall and appeads to be very well made. Quality wise it's a 10. I like how it's stitched near the ears. This design allows you to pull back the top in order to use it as a neck warmer. The media could not be loaded. I got the three pack for my kids and we used them on a cold morning practice and a quick mountain trip. Fabric feels soft on the skin and not itchy. It stretches well and covers head, ears, nose, and neck. My older kid is eight and it fits snug. My younger one is six and it is a little loose but still fine. Breathability is good, they do not steam up the goggles much. I washed them on cold and air dried, no shrink and no weird smell. Stitching looks clean. For small faced adults it also works, no joke, it fits my wife too. This set rides easy, no drama, just does the job. Pros Soft fleece, warm and comfy. Good stretch and stays put under helmets. This is exactly what I was looking for for my toddler! The size is good, a little loose for a 3 year old but I’m okay with that and it is to be expected. In addition the material is quite breathable yet provides good warmth. We are waiting for a snow day to really test it out however so far the mask looks promising. I’m hoping it will wash well and hold over time as i plan on using it for a few years. Read more
