A little clunky with quality issues
This is a pretty inexpensive way to add some pizzaz to your music area or just a fun piece for a room. Having said that, there are some quality and esthetic issues. First, it generally looks fine, but the end caps (which I understand why they are there), distract from the elegance of the piece. Secondly, there are some quality issues. The wires from the unit are very thin that you connect to your power. One of the supplied wire nuts also didn't attach to the wires because they were too small and actually one of the wire nuts broke. Then there is the inconsistency of the cover over the light (see the picture). They can be pushed back into place, but I am wondering if they will keep popping out over time? Bottom line, if you are not fanatical about finishes this could work out for you if you have the right place for it. Read more
