It’s on the smallish side, but all of my meds fit perfectly. I’m used to having a “pm” and “am” designated pocket like my old plastic pill organizer, but I have trained myself to look at the pockets in terms of am and pm. It is built like a tank and a good bit smaller than my old organizer, which is great. Be aware that it is too small to carry many vitamins, especially gummies, but personally I can work around that. i have been using this for a few days now and i like it, but... it is a bit heavy, not a problem for me, but for some people it might be a deal breaker. that said the days unscrew easily. i like the color, i like how easy it is to use, my one and only complaint so far is, i can't screw the dates in any order. i'd like the hang this next to my desk and unscrew from the bottom each date, but saturday has to be the bottom. it would be better if they all had the same screw type bottom so i could pu them in the order i prefer Read more

The best I've had yet. Solid construction, quality materials, and it is actually waterproof. I do a lot of outdoor travel for long periods of time so I need durability and quality. The thread count is high enuff to keep from stripping the threads and they don't wear away like other brands. The bottom surface is flatter than most to lower the chances of it spilling. The water & weather proofing is another quality trait. It'll flot before it sinks but a submerged it for twelve hours in six feet of water and it didn't leak. It also keeps the pills in good condition when going from extreme heat to extreme colds. Twenty-five out of five in my book. Read more

I love this! It holds a lot more than I thought and limits the plastic use. I didn’t even think about a non-plastic pill case initially but my environmentally conscious daughter mentioned it and I am so glad she did!! I needed an am and pm one when I found out some of my pills were better taken in the am (like B complex and Calcium) than pm (like my Femara and high blood pressure meds and not mixed. Read more
