All right, this thing is meaty, heavy(like heavier than my phone) and absolutely gorgeous. It's almost too good except for when it comes into touching up your cigar, it has a massive flame, so you may want a smaller single jet lighter for that. I've had it for several months now with continual use and has been flawless. Also, it's not likely you'll be walking around with this in your pocket. This is a very good lighter. It’s got some size and weight to it. I’ve had it for almost month now I have had no problems with it. It’s easy to fill with butane and it’s easy to use. I collect butane lighters. I have over 40 of them. I have ever lighter that the brand Honest has for sale on Amazon. This lighter is just as good or better than any of them. I bought this lighter for my husband as a Christmas gift. He smokes cigars. It worked okay for a little while. I went to your frequently asked questions & troubleshooting & gave my husband the information. He has bleed this lighter repeatedly. Sometimes it works other times it does not. Now it is not working at all & there seems to be no way to get this to work. I am extremely disappointed in this product. I can guarantee I will never purchase anything from you again. Since this stopped working after the return period was over I am stuck with this lighter that does not work. Read more

Love the quad jets. Fire up easily. Holds the 4 jet flames even next to a fan blowing on high. Very well made. Looks like a luxury lighter but budget friendly. Easy to use and refill. Usually lights with one click. Doesn't get hot in your hand even when kept firing for several seconds. Read more

For starters, I love this lighter. It looks and feels amazing, flame is awesome. Really love it. But like a few others have stated, after about a month of using it 3 or 4 times a week I had issues where it would take 5 or 6 strikes to work or the flame would go out after a second or two. I tried purging and refilling to make sure no air in it but same issues. I then simply took my air compressor and blew out the four jets at the end and viola works absolutely perfect, probably just had some little obstruction that didn't let the fuel out.
