This is a very cool pill organizer. it does fold in half to seperate AM and PM or you can have it all open to see both. My dad is blind and I was hoping these would help with his meds. His fingertips don't have much feeling making it hard for him to feel when his finger tip is in the groove. I love the size of the daily medicine organizer. I can get all of my 13 pills in one organizer! Also love the multi-colored container. The only thing I don't like is that it does not snap together with the daytime meds on one side and the nighttime on the other. Disappointed about that. It takes up a lot of room lying flat. This pill box easily fits my supplements. Most of the compartments are easy to open, but some of them do require a bit of effort. I suppose it’s a good thing they don’t open up too easily. I have a few long term durability concerns with it. The plastic molding process made it so that the middle hinge is off-center. The hinges on the compartments are already showing signs of wear and tear after very light usage. The day and night halves seem like they should snap together, but they don’t. The night half has the days of the week backwards (unless you keep the day side facing toward you). Thankfully, I don't need and won’t be using that half. Read more

I thought this would snap open, but it doesn’t. It always wants to fold. There’s no hinges, just flimsy plastic holding the two parts together. I can’t see that lasting long with all the bending. Because it won’t snap into place, it is very precarious. I had most of my week’s worth of pills sorted, when I lifted it slightly to check something, and it fell and dumped out all the PM slots. Then, as I was trying to recover and re-sort them (which could be very dangerous if any of your pills look alike), I nudged it and it collapsed and dropped out half the restored pills. Its one plus is that the compartments are easy to open—but be aware it is not child proof at all, so it’s only for homes that do not have young children and toddlers. It’s actually a little too easy, since it insists on being folded in half, you have to be careful not to open the PM side when opening the AM. Read more
