So the rug is quite pretty- soft and looks nice colorwise and overall design pattern. HOWEVER-- a 10x14 ' carpet folded up into a 2.5 x2.5' cardboard box was not a smart idea. SO many creases. Received this 2 weeks ago and I'm still hoping the creases will eventually dissipate. Ridiculous way to ship such a large area rug. Read more
