We rely on these heavily at our senior care facility. The quality is questionable. When they work, they are fantastic. Unfortunately, some of the units we've purchased seem to be defective. They just randomly stop working. The band is to notch. Super durable. But the transmitter piece definitely should be more reliable for the money. Read more
