I originally rated these lights with four stars last week because the set of six arrived quickly, but one of the lights wouldn't function. We tried all of the troubleshooting tips that were provided, but nothing worked, so we emailed the supplier. We were contacted within a very short period of time, and our issue was addressed immediately! The customer service was exceptional. We now have a full set of functioning lights, and they are awesome! We love the fact that they have glass globes, not plastic, and they have a high and low setting, and even the low setting produces enough light for us to walk safely around our stone pathways in the back yard. Also, they stay illuminated for quite some time, longer than some other brands that we have purchased in the past. We would definitely purchase these lights again! Read more

This set of solar lights is beautiful, and they give off a lot of light. There are two modes, low and high. Even on low, there is plenty of light to keep visitors safe on the walkway. The lights are made of metal, and the globes are glass. Excellent workmanship. I did have one problem, which was expediently resolved by the company. I ordered the Reddish Brown color, but in the box of 6 lights there was one bronze-colored light. I contacted xmcosy+ customer service the same day and they replied within hours of receiving my email. I received the correct light within two days of contacting them. I’ve spent years trying to find quality lights for our long front driveway. Until I found these jewels they were all terrible … Most were cheaply made, or didn’t last very long before ceasing to work. Some of them failed to work upon the initial try. Others were just tacky looking, undersized or massively oversized. But these lights are attractive, very well made, super easy to install and are a great size. All of them have worked well for several weeks now. (Except for the inevitable bozo delivery vehicles who find a way to drive off or at the edge of the drive and knock them over!). I’ve now purchase 24 of these and all but 1 worked perfectly… Here’s the icing on this cake - Customer service. When I followed their simple instructions to let the company know about this 1 defective light, I asked them to just replace that 1 faulty fixture. They responded immediately and said they would, instead, send me a whole new box of 6! They did exactly that and have been wonderful in following up to make sure I was satisfied. Customer service like this is “old school” and virtually impossible to find these days. I was blown away… So it’s a hearty 5-Star recommendation from me on all counts. Read more

These lights worked great for about 2 weeks. 32 days after they arrived 3 out of the 6 will not last longer than a couple hours. 3 stay bright and 3 are so dim, they are useless. All 6 are in the same sun light. They look great but I would not recommend these lights if you want them to last more than a couple hours THIS IS AN UPDATE... Once the seller saw that I was not happy with the product, they instantly reached out to me to apologize. I was offered a complete refund or a replacement. I picked the replacement because I like the way the lights look. Within a week, a new set of lights was delivered. I have not installed them yet but I can tell you that their customer service is top of the line. I highly recommend this company. Read more
