These boots do run a full size small. I wear a 9 and bought a 10. They fit like a 9. I bought them to wear when I go out fishing with my boyfriend on his boat and when we go out fishing with a guide. So far I’ve worn them lake fishing and they kept me feet dry and warm. I also plan to wear them offshore and inland fishing in the Atlantic Ocean soon. I wouldn’t wear these fishing in cold winter weather because the lining is not made for freezing temperatures. They are cushioned on the inside bottom and are comfortable but could use an insert with more arch support. There is room inside for an insert and to wear a thick pair of socks. They didn’t scuff the boat and have good grip when wet. They are tight around the lower calf and shin when laced all the way up so I tied mine lower leaving the top few eyelets open. These boots were used for work in a wet environment for long days. They did provide decent traction in slippery environments. They are pretty comfortable and easy enough to get on. They are a cute work boot. They are not 100% waterproof. Water is likely to come through the eye holes for the laces as well as near the tongue. Absolutely love these boots and they were a killer price. In my opinion, they do run a full size smaller than what you normally would buy. Typically I am a women's 7.5-8 shoe. My regular deck boots are my normal size 8 and have plenty of room. Originally bought these boots in a size 8 despite other reviews saying they ran small. Boots arrived and they were TIGHT. I returned them and ended up purchasing a size 9. Much more comfortable. Since the top half of the boot is leather, they definitely need to be broken in. Read more

(This is Jamals wife) I live in Alaska where xtratuffs run supreme and I currently own 3 different styles. These fit nicely and keep my feet warm. They are a bit stiff (you won't be creasing the toe) but they are wide with lots of room. I sized up once due to other reviews. There was a review saying that their socks keeps falling and I thought that it was user error, but its a legit warning. You will have to wear tall socks with these, the heel somehow narrows (I wouldn't have noticed it without the sock problem) and it will rub your ankle in just the right way to send your short shocks rolling under your foot. I've not experienced this with a shoe it is not desirable. Without the sock grabbing this would have been a 10/10. **UPDATE** I lowered my review. These boots are waterproof and warm but the narrowing and ankle rub is to the point its painful if you wear this for any extended length of time. I slip these on to take out the trash or to let the dog use the bathroom but beyond that they're too uncomfortable. Read more

Because of reviews that the boots run small I ordered the11's and usually wear a 10. They fit perfectly. I like the lacing instead of pull-ons. They came within 3 days after ordering. These seem to be well made. Read more

Very uncomfortable.. ordered a size 6, had to return for a size 7. Size 7 fit the exact same as a size 6. will be returning these 7’s as well. Was really hoping sizing up would help. The crease in the back rubs harsh. Not worth it even tho they are super cute. Read more
