Hello, I ordered this boot. 1. The boot look exactly like the picture 2. Very attractive 3. It came earlier than anticipated 4. If you ordered this boot, may I suggest go up an 1/2 size. I wear a size 9 medium. When I recieved the boot yesterday and tried it on it was very snug on back heel. My heel did fit comfortably. The width was fine. 5. I chose not reorder because the boot comes from a third party vender verses directly from Amazon. 6. The boot is a slip on and bow on the boot is secured by elastic; therefore, you can't adjust it. I took a chance and bought this shoe and I'm so glad that I did. This was the most beautiful, vibrant color boot that I own. I own a lot of shoes. I'm a US size 12-13 and I got the size 15 to compensate for the difference after measuring my foot. I could have gotten them custom made but I didn't. Buy these boots and get them custom made.
