From the inside where it folds at the buckle, it looks more like a leather-wrapped or bonded leather belt rather than one solid piece of leather. I'm unable to confirm the size belt that I ordered for reference, but the black belt with silver buckles fits me perfectly! I'm a size 12 for reference. I measured the actual belt and it's 46" so maybe I got the 42-46"? I don't understand why it doesn't show in my order details as I'd like to get a brown one also. The belt isn't stamped as leather, but I believe that it might be genuine leather as there is a faint smell of leather and it feels to be good quality. It's the perfect width, not to skinny or thick like a guitar strap. This is perfect for keeping my pants up and the silver buckles are unique and cool as well.
