well made. I am at the bottom of the measurement for the one size, so I sized down. I could have gone down one more! keep that in mind! it's cut a little on the big size and the elastic is generous. I REALLY could have sized down another size, and i can't tighten it anymore than it is. might need to try to take it in a little.
