I purchased 2 sofas from TOV furniture and one was clean and new but the second one was dirty, smelly and had a small hole too. Also the first time we sat on it, the leg caved in. Horrible customer service! Apparently I was supposed to notice all this within 24 hours but I didn’t inspect it until a week since I didn’t think of them sending used item so they are not exchange the sofa. I do not recommend to buy anything from TOV. Read more
