good mattress protector
This review is for a full sized mattress protector. We just got a new mattress for one of our beds, and the protector that we had been using for that old mattress was great for children. When our son was growing up in that bed, from time to time he had accidents, and the mattress protector kept the mattress from getting wet. Now he is grown, off to college, new mattress and don't anticipate the need for such a mattress protector anymore. But the chance is always there, he could come to visit and get sick, someone might spill a liquid on it, lots of possibilities. This will keep it safe. This fit perfect. It goes over the sides and is very thin on the sides. The top feels like a felt on the inside, pretty thick. Although is is waterproof, it does not feel like plastic, nor does it crinkle like plastic. It is a bit stiff, so feels like it would be waterproof, but silent. It washed well, and seems to be well made. Very happy with this product. Read more
Soft and almost no crinkle!
I got this product for my 3 year old daughter's bed. She recently transitions from her smaller converted crib to a twin size bed. This mattress protector was almost exactly what I was looking for. It has a soft microfiber feel to it and has almost no crinkle to it. I don't even notice that it is there after putting it on the mattress (which is a big positive for me). One thing to consider though is that this mattress protector is fitted for up to 15" thick mattresses. I am using this on a 4.5" think IKEA mattress, so there is quite a bit of slack in the material that I had to tuck away. So if you're using a thick mattress, you're in luck. Otherwise, it isn't much of an issue. I guess the final test will come when there is an "accident". I will update this review with more insight to its "waterproof" claim once that happens. Great quality and really comfort
I received this cover safely and on time. The first impression was it has a great quality and nice texture. It was super easy to put on my queen size mattress, and that night my sleep was really better. Even my cats, they enjoyed sleeping ion my bed too, although usually they prefer sleeping next to my mattress.. lol! Highly recommended product! Read more
