The box the product arrived in is smashed one works. One does not work. You can’t even put the USB charger in. It is jammed. I think it is used, not happy. Now I get to go return it what a hassle the initial Amazon box was not smashed. The factory box was dented in. They should’ve never mailed defective. Read more
