Fantastic lightweight, great audio single ear headset. The ear cup is lightweight, buttery soft material with breathable pinholes for airflow- genius. Most headsets give me an instant earache which turns into a headache but after doing my research to find one that is truly comfortable I am so happy with my decision. I've been wearing them for two months now and they're just as great as a day, I got them. My other favorite feature is just raising the microphone to mute. It's a very simple set up and it's never run out of a charge. I'm glad I got the charging stand, but I have used the headset for 10 hours at a time and never a problem. UPDATE: I noticed some mild static initially when I got this headset, but it was manageable and I thought maybe it was just my connection but the static has gotten increasingly worse and there is no live support at YEAHLINK AND NOW I CAN'T RETURN THE ITEM BECAUSE IT'S BEEN TOO MUCH TIME SINCE JUNE. I SHOULD'VE RETURNED IT IMMEDIATELY. SUPER COMFORTABLE, BUT STATIC CONNECTION AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME. Read more
This is much more comfortable than my previous headset. I wear it for hours without a headache. The noise reduction keeps my co-workers from hearing my kids in the background. It connects easily and sound quality is just fine for meetings. Read more
Yea, it’s all you need. Got these for my wife, we have a 2 year old boy.. enough said. Plus a generator running outside. It’s like she’s in a room on her own, no noise coming through at all and I was shouting while testing. Easy setup and straightforward controls. Using the dongle but Bluetooth seems pretty easy. Light and comfortable ear cushions. Also does a good job of passive noise canceling. Great built quality and looks sleek. Read more
I really wanted to like this headset, but I will end up returning. I wear glasses and am on calls all day, easily spending up to 12-15 hours with my headset on. The headset simply places to much pressure on my head. After 4 hours, my head is killing me from the pressure. The ear piece is just to big and bulky and the headband grips my head to tightly. It’s very uncomfortable for all day wear. I’ve been using a Jabra 9450 for 10 years. It works great still and I love it. It’s extremely comfortable. I wanted an upgrade to have on headset mute button so I can walk around and unmute myself without needed to run back to my computer. I also don’t need desk phone functionality anymore and was looking for a stand that took up less desk space. I’ll be going back to this until I can find a suitable headset. Things I love: - headset mute button + raising the mic to mute - Simple charging base - Busy light indicator - Ability to raise my hand from the headset. I can fully participate in meetings no matter where I am! Plus, works with my cell phone, very easy to switch over. - The audio indicators when you mute/unmute - The software is just what you need, nothing less and nothing more. - Worked straight out of the box - Great quality, comes with a travel case and a dongle storage. - General features are perfect, everything you need! - Affordable! Some headset are $200+ which is way too much money for everyday people. This gives you everything you need for just the right price. Things I hate: - the biggest con: uncomfortable! very heavy/bulky, creates so much pressure on the head and ear after about 4 hours. The pain is to much. - When you walk the mic jiggles, super annoying when you’re walking and talking. very distracting while I was trying to speak - The headset must be placed on the charging station carefully or it doesn’t click to charge, causing it to be dead the next day. I’ve had this less than 30 days and twice I’ve had a dead headset from it not being on the charging base correctly. - The battery could be better - range is terrible, can’t even fill my water up in the kitchen without it cutting out. The WH64 model could solve the range and battery. The jiggly mic and stand placement are annoying, but not a big deal. Sadly, as it’s similar in size and style, it is still just too much pressure and pain for long term daily wear. It’s a real shame because it’s a great headset otherwise. It checks all the boxes, except comfort. Read more

These headphones are absolutely horrendous. They look really nice, and they are aesthetically pleasing however they do not work well if you call for a living, avoid these at all cost. Read more
