These pants are actually very cool and dare I say they even look kind of good on me? I love corduroy, these are very comfortable to wear as they have an elastic waistband. I like the tulip style cut of the legs/ bottom of hte leg, I think thats what you call it. They do have pockets! I did notice a hole in the side of one of the legs, and this IS one of those weird brands you only find on amazon, so the quality is not amazing, but they are still cute. Not really particularly warm as they are pretty wide leg so you get a breeze - great for spring and fall, and moderate temps/ climates. Absolutely gorgeous material. I love these Corduroy pants. The material is not extremely thick and overwhelming. It is slimming and loose. Falls right above my ankle and i am 4'11. I don't order a bunch of clothing on Amazon, as I find it hard to get a good fit. However, I needed some black pants and these looked great, so I gave these a shot. I'm glad that I did. I had my pre-laundering try on and really like them. They fit nicely right across the board. I'm 5'8" and the inseam was just right for length, with lots of rise, too. Legs/hips are roomy. Now, I'm going to launder them, per the care tag that I included. I wanted to make sure folks are aware that you are advised to not use the dryer for these. That makes sense, given that they are 100% cotton. I bet they would shrink like crazy. A final note: these are a very pleasant, silky fine wale corduroy. Great for casual, and I could see dressing these up, which I hope to do. I'll report back how the do with wash and rack dry. :) If these lander well, I intend to come back and order a 2nd pair (there's a $6 off coupon currently). End report: These laundered well and dried nicely on my rack. They are going to be part of an outfit for a dinner - I think they will dress up nicely with a jacket. Read more

I wore them in September, with temperatures in the 80s, and they were surprisingly breathable. The large front pockets also add a stylish and functional detail. I ordered the navy color (a beautiful color) in XL, which is my usual size. I was initially concerned the baggy style might make them too large, but they turned out to be true to size. I could have gone with a large, but the XL is more comfy around the waist. After two washes, the pants didn’t bleed onto other clothes, dry quickly, and don’t require ironing. I really like them!
