This is a good product, metal. Well built, surely will last a lifetime. Hung them up and have good grip-kinda gnarled. I wish it came with a rope or something to extend and adjust height from where you have the hooks. Overall good product. Read more

Versatile is the word I’ll use here to describe these handles. They function as advertised as handles to work with resistance bands in your fitness activities. I also find them useful to hang weight plates on the hooks for lighter exericse routines like isolation deltoids, etc. Very easy to hook the plate on the handles and add more or remove w/o having to work with the spring or locking devices you need to do changes on a dumbell…very good Read more

These handles really make resistance band exercises feel more like regular weights. Since they rotate, your wrists and palms don't hurt like they would if you hold heavy bands directly in your hands. The only downside to them is that it looks like the rotating part is simply fitted over metal with no bearings and this makes them SQUEEK LIKE CRAZY! I have to go to the other side of the house to workout and even then people can hear me from far end of the house. If this company can simply add bearings to the rotating part, the handles would be the best you can buy anywhere. Read more

I love these things. They work so well with all different types of band workouts. They feel sturdy and the quality is nice. These are one of my go-to pieces of equipment now. I definitely recommend them! Read more

I find the "hammer" grip for pull-ups reduces joint stress at the elbows. This is the simplest way to rotate your grip 90 Degrees.Portable enough to bring to the gym with you, and does not require any modification or attachment of their existing equipment. Or could take them to a school playground. It will lower your hands by about 6", which may matter in terms of getting your feet off the ground. These can be used for many purposes besides pull-ups. I rate workpot value high, and value for money reasonable. Read more

I have a set of sunpow loop resistance bands. I wanted to use these handles for the heavier wider sunpow bands so I picked these yes4all up. I got them yesterday did some light trial exercises to see what I can do with them. When I received them they are heavy and beefy. They rotate at the handle and is knurled for grip. They looked very heavy duty and certainly felt heavy duty at about 2.6lbs a piece. The other thing to note is their high pitched squeaking when the handle spins on what I guess is ball bearings. I may try to oil them to stop the ultra annoying loud squeaks. Or I may return them. Not sure. Replace them with larger triangle carabiner. The other think I just noticed is that there are fairly long metal shavings (see photos) coming out from the rotating handles. Just inspect and remove before you use and inspect regularly - you don’t want to get it on you mouth as you breathe or on your face or eyes. This surprised me and I’m glad I took a close look. I removed 3-4 of these metal shavings that got imbedded in between the handle and knurled handle I’ll use it some more and see if I can tolerate the loud squeaks like finger nails to a chalk board. I ended up keeping these - they are good as long as they don’t squeak! Read more

I use these with handles with resistance bands and they are very good. The knurling provides a good grip. They occasionally need a few drops of oil if they squeak. I would buy them again. Read more

I considered a couple of different handles for use with heavy resistance bands and decided on these because they rotate. Despite their weight (which probably renders them more durable), I found them easy to use (I am a 67 year old female) and was pleased to realize that I could also loop the handles around the rather fat bar / chin up extension on the universal weight machine in the exercise room and use them as my pull-up training bars. The fact that the bars rotate makes the handles more versatile for different exercises with the heavy bands and allows you to maintain proper form (e.g., rotation during a one-armed curl). They do squeak a bit, as other users noted but this is the only downside. Read more
