According to the shipping box the combined weight is off a bit, but it’s still resistant training and I don’t think the muscles care if it’s the exact weight described. Lol Nice weights. They were packed well. Some folks complain about a ridge at the handle from the molding process. Mine do not have that. So that’s great. Been using them about a week. Have enjoyed using them.
