Perfect for beginners or older folks
I was looking for a starter hand weight set to help me rebuild muscle mass (I'm 68). I have arthritis in both hands and my grip is limited. I feel comfortable with these weights and the progression of size is perfect for now. By using resistance I am noticing my arm tone is returning.
