The Yes4All Rotating Pull Up Handles have taken my pull-up training to a whole new level! These handles offer a unique twist motion that not only adds an extra challenge to my workouts but also provides an impressive range of motion for more effective muscle engagement. The first thing that caught my attention was the thoughtful design of the handles. They come with non-slip and foam pad grips, ensuring a secure and comfortable hold during every rep. I no longer worry about my hands slipping, allowing me to focus solely on my form and performance. The rotating feature is a game-changer! As I pull myself up, the handles rotate smoothly, mimicking the natural movement of my arms and shoulders. This twist motion targets different muscle groups, giving me a well-rounded upper body workout that helps me build strength and definition in my arms, back, and shoulders. I also appreciate the versatility of these handles. They can be used on a chin-up bar or a doorway trainer, making them perfect for home or gym use. Since they are easily detachable, I can switch them between my chin-up bar and door frame whenever I want to switch up my workout routine. Another highlight is the raised heel design. This feature ensures a full range of motion and eliminates the strain on my wrists during pull-ups. It has made a significant difference in my comfort level, allowing me to perform more reps and focus on perfecting my form. Yes4All has truly outdone themselves with these rotating pull-up handles. The quality and durability are top-notch, and I can feel confident in their ability to withstand my toughest workouts. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner looking to master pull-ups, I highly recommend the Yes4All Rotating Pull Up Handles. They will undoubtedly take your upper body training to new heights and help you achieve your fitness goals. Read more

Love these. I have wrist injuries so doing pull-ups on an inflexible bar is problematic. Not only do these rotate smoothly, making the movement pain-free, but the grips are very wide and made of a nice material so it doesn’t hurt your hand to grip them really hard. They do spin which for me is a bonus because it just makes your hand stronger, but some people don’t like that, so that’s a consideration. Read more

Didn’t care for the rotating handles for pull ups. I prefer the conventional fixed grip for stability. But a really solid product overall. Will probably work well for most users. Read more

I was trying to find something similar to ketllebell handles that would work with my Powerblock dumbbells (which have the 4 stabilizing bars / fully-caged style) instead of holding onto metal that gets slippery in sweaty hands, especially doing squat movements. These were too large to fit thru the cage onto the handles, so I returned them. The product seemed very well made, just not a great fit for what I was trying to do. These were not advertised to work specifically with Powerblocks like this so I'm not deducting any stars from my rating, despite returning them. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I bought these specifically for doing seal rows with a bar. They work perfect as you can see in the video. I like that the grips are thicker than standard and that they are hard rubber instead of a foam. The rotation is perfect so I can switch from over grip to undergrip. And also keeps me from putting my body in a locked in position. Seems thick, and sturdy enough to hold quite a bit of weight. These have a added so much more variation in my workout for a low price Read more

As many reviews expressed, the concept is good but the execution is flawed in a few ways: 1. Handles are indeed on the larger side. Good for training grip but wished it would just have been standard. 2. The handles spin, adding that to their larger size makes for somewhat unnatural grip 3. Construction seems ok but quality control is definitely poor, had to tighten all hex screws as they were pretty loose Solution for the grip is to cut off the grip foam and use tape or other to get to desired sized. It will still spin though even if you tighten the screws to the max. Would have returned it, but was less of a hassle to just turn this into a DIY project. Read more

I had been using cheap nylon strap hollow D-handles to do standing barbell wrist curls. But if you've ever done the same thing, you know that after a month or so of workouts, the friction from the strap rotating within the handle starts to cut and fray the nylon straps. I bought these to replace a pair that the straps were nearly cut in half. They work PERFECTLY. Highly recommended product. Read more

First YES the handles are thick but these are great and very useful. I use straps when deadlifting heavy weight and would potentially need to use them with these thick handles but havent needed so far. I just got these and have already found many uses for them. I can adjust the angles and hand grip on my pullups. I also have been able to use these on my lat pull down bar for a different angle. They are made pretty well and I hope that they last. It was a great buy for a home gym. Read more
