It’s an understatement to say these are just better than those hex style dumbells. I cannot stand hex dumbells. the weight distribution is awful for most upper body exercises. These yes4all round style or “pro” style dbells are some of the nicest ones Ive ever seen and used. I personally use powerblock pros but my wife wanted a set of actual dbells from 5-20. These are commercial quality. the weight distribution is amazing. She can easily use for curls, sumo squats and numerous other UB exercises. I would love to have a set all the way up to 100lbs but options are limited w these. But hands down these are by far worth the extra $$ that u would pay over getting those awful hex bells. Read more
