This is a very straight forward product. It works as intended. The rope is long enough that it would work for a very tall person which I am not. The handles are hard, but that is not a complaint. If they were soft or padded, this product would probably not be a durable. Great product that I highly recommend for anyone trying to bulk up their forearms or get the veiny look going. Read more
Well made with a steel core that is quite strong and thick, the nylon rope will be nearly indestructible. A pretty simple tool that focuses solely on the forearms. The only negative is that the length of the rope is not adjustable, so it's ok for a 6'4" user, and has too much rope for a 5'8" user like me. That doesn't change the product much, but i notice I tend to droop my arms a bit towards the down drop. Read more

Believe it or not, this thing actually works really well. I'm using specifically for chest, I'm in tree business and while I'm getting exercise and stengh it's all legs, back shoulders and arms but very little chest workout, so I was looking for something simple yet effective and I'm pleasantly surprised how efficient this is for getting a very specific muscle burning after 5 mins. The twister arm exerciser is a really good product. You can adjust the twister from 22 to 440 lbs just by turning a dial. The dial itself has very little resistance to you can do it with 2 fingers (or at least I could). It weighs 5 lbs so it's not heavy at all. It's hydraulic system so it's safer than a spring system. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good workout. Read more
Actual build quality: fairly decent in terms of structural quality. Metal doesn't appear to be the thickest, and seems like it could bend if it's set at level 20 and enough leverage was put on it. But overall pretty decent - 4/5 Stickers/ presentation: stickers do look a little cheap, some corners needed to be pressed back into place. Has held in place since then - 3/5 Packaging: came in a small box with bubble wrap. No damage from shipping as far as I could tell. Usually prefer something better packed for shipment (like foam or something to cushion) - 3/5 Ease of use/ functionality: easy to use, self explanatory. Grips are fine.
