This small kids cup is perfect for my son for his lunch. I haven't seen any leakage so far. It came with 2 inner straws which I appreciate since these usually get lost in the dishwasher. It holds 12 oz of fluid and ice didn't melt too fast. I didn't notice a smell to it when it came. The design is very elegant and flawless. I'm extremely happy with my purchase of this cup. The media could not be loaded. Great cup for toddlers 2.5 yrs+ who do drop their cups often so the price is worth it (had one of them for over 2 years)! It’s the perfect size (cup part is 5 3/4”, from the bottom of the cup to top of the handle it is 8.5”), it keeps drinks cold for a while (haven’t tried warm drinks in it yet), it is not easy for kids to unscrew the lid but easy for them to pop the straw open! We’ve gone through a lot of kids’ water bottles over the years, and the YETI Rambler Jr. is hands-down the toughest one we’ve owned. My kid has dropped it on pavement, tossed it in the car, and left it rolling around in a backpack, and it still looks and works like new. The insulation is top-tier: it keeps water ice-cold for hours, even on hot days at the park. The straw lid is genuinely leak-resistant when closed, which gives me peace of mind. (It’ll dribble a bit if left open and tipped, but that’s expected.) I also appreciate that it’s super easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and the straw disassembles without much fuss. The colors are vibrant and kid-friendly, and the handle makes it easy for little hands to carry. A couple of things to note: -> It’s heavier than a typical plastic bottle—something to consider if your kiddo prefers super lightweight gear. -> The straw has popped out a couple of times when refilling, but it’s easy to snap back in. Overall, it’s a great choice if you want a bottle that can survive serious kid use and still keep drinks cold all day. Worth the price for the quality and durability. Still need to keep an eye on the nooks and crannies for mild accumulation so I’d wash it every few days, maybe more in the summer. Easy enough to disassemble and clean though Would definitely buy again (and probably will once my younger one is old enough for one too). Bought this a while ago and we have now made it through a year and a half of pre-k using this bottle (by some miracle it hasn’t been lost). It’s been dropped millions of times, thrown down slides on the playground, and used as a chew toy for a 10 wk old boxer pup - and all it has is a few dents to show for it. Seriously the best water bottle for young kids. It comes with a built in straw, but we lost it for a few months and it still worked just fine. Only problem is that when you leave it behind at basketball practice, you have to dig through 15 other yetis that look exactly the same because apparently everyone knows this is the best bottle.
