Good replacement for the 992DA heating element
The original heating element in my unit needed to be replaced and this was a good drop-in replacement. The original one used a KSD-9700 thermal protector in line with the power going into the heating element as an added level of protection, which this unit does not employ, but you could easily add that in yourself.
