This sweater isn’t "ugly" enough to qualify for any ugly sweater contest. It’s actually very nicely made, decent quality, and is comfortable. The fit was true to size for me; I ordered a large and it wasn’t too loose or too tight. The material feels soft, and I haven’t noticed any piling after a few wears. I especially liked the cheerful design; the characters on the front are genuinely cute and the colors are vibrant, which made it fun for gatherings. Again, it isn’t really “ugly” enough for an ugly sweater contest, but it works well if you want something festive without being over the top. Short version? It’s a sweater with a Black Santa and I wanted it – the end. This piece arrived quickly, was as expected and free of any concerns: no smells, rips, tears, runs unraveling, etc. I like the slim cuffs and ringer collar with matching tail trim. The fabric is soft to the touch, but not too heavy – so it’s just right to me in that I run warm and won’t have to layer much. I’ve not laundered just yet, so I’m not aware of any pilling or such with the fabric. My ONLY gripe is I was hoping for a bit more oversized fit and it’s odd that it’s noting that “Santa Claus” is depicted, but I adore it!! Read more

It’s super soft to the touch, and the clarity of the image and words are superb. Best of all, it fit exact-to-size! But here is the extra kicker—I’m a guy! I took my measurements around the chest area and compared to the size guide and determined a large was best. And boom, fits perfectly! So if you’re a guy and you like this sweater, go for it!
