Ok so I knew buying this couch with no other reviews was a risk and it was a risk that didn’t really pay off. When we unloaded the pieces we immediately noticed that there were no holes in the one arm for assembly. We had to measure and hunt and poke through the fabric ourselves to find them. Thankfully they were actually there, just difficult to find. The second thing we noticed was the bent piece on the part that’s the front of the chaise. We had to hammer it into place with a mallet. After everything was finally together, we noted a rip near one of the cupholders. Overall, I am not particularly pleased with this product but that’s mostly because of the issues listed above, it is not a particularly comfortable couch but we wanted something for a kids TV room that could pull out to a bed when we have company. It will serve its purpose for a time but I don’t expect longevity with this couch. The instructions also did not show you how to put the chaise on the left rather than the right but we were able to mirror the instructions to get the results we wanted. I think if they work on quality control for the issue with the holes and update the instructions it could be worthy of 3 starts rather than 2. Read more

I purchased this couch with no reviews which was risky. It came in two separate boxes both were fairly heavy but I was able to move them on my own. Both boxes came in on the same day which is great! Building it was not too bad. Some of the labels on the screws came off and were on other baggies so I had to figure out what went where. I appreciate that they included extra of all the screws and they included tools. I only used the Alan wrench that was included but used my own tools (power drill was not needed). It took me about 3 hours to build it on my own, I am also someone who doesn’t build a lot of furniture. It fits perfectly in my apartment and had good storage under the longer side of the sofa. The cushions are a bit firm but that’s okay by me, the back cushions have taken a while to expand. The quality feels a bit cheap but it also feels sturdy, I wouldn’t be jumping on it but it holds up well. I wish they had other colors but the grey is not a bad color. Read more

Quite uncomfortable, but it does seat 3-4 people. Paid amazon $99 bucks to come build it: took them 3 hours and they frequently commented how hard it was to get together. Truly just meh. Save your money. Wish I did! Read more
