Too thin
Thinner than I expected. It's slip proof, but not thick enough for comfort. I do like the large size. Read more
Great upgrade for a large person
This wider mat is awesome! I’m 6’1”, 215lb, with broad shoulders so I always felt cramped on the 24” wide mats. It’s just a little thicker than a regular mat too, which is great for me. No longer do I get pain in my patella when doing exercise from a kneeling position. Cleans up real easy too. Read more

Decent Yoga Mat 🧘♀️
I have been slowly getting back into yoga and this mat has been great so far. Usually I practice on life form mats but wanted something less expensive for home since I have a furbaby that leaves fur everywhere! The grip is good, no sliding in down dog or warrior positions, the cushion on the knees is also good surprisingly. To date I have not done hot yoga or worked up a real good sweat, so I'll review at that time. :) The only downside is there is some kind of substance on the mat, like and oil/powder, it SLIGHTLY rubs off on your hands, no harsh smells though. I would also say its pretty soft texture wise. The mandala design is pretty and calming to me, came as pictured. Id say this is worth a shot for the price! Read more
