Definitely the prettiest towel in yoga class. Idk why yoga has become so beige. The grips are great bc I do a lot of hot yoga and it doesn't slip at all. Best yoga towel I've bought so far. This is a nice yoga towel - quite grippy with bare feet. I'm not a sweaty palms/feet kind of guy, and I don't do hot yoga, but I find this towel to be a bit grippier than my yoga mat. Similarly, this towel does a pretty good job of staying in place on the mat. The towel itself is probably about as thick a typical micro-fiber wiping cloth, and there are rubberized grippy nubs on the bottom. The stitching on the perimeter edges is consistent and well done. I got this towel because my yoga mats are old and beginning to break down. I definitely want to keep them as long as I can until I (hopefully) find another use for them. They are fantastic over the mat. The grippy bottom keeps them on the mat and they don't curl or bunch up. I also use them on an area rug when I'm watching yoga videos. Movements on my mat made the rug slip a bit on the floor, but with the towel I'm more aware of moving into a new pose and I haven't had any slip. I'm also provided with an awareness of where I'm putting too much pressure on a joint so I can adjust my pose. This is very important to me because I am a senior. I'm afraid I can't speak to their absorbency since I do not do hot yoga but I'm grateful for something that is protecting my old, much used mats and that gives me more awareness of my practice. I used this last week for a corepower yoga class and it really absorbed the sweat and moisture! The grips are much better than a previous yoga towel I had that claimed to stick once it got moist, so this one is the real deal! I have a green and a purple yoga mat and the colors match both of my mats perfectly so it’s quite versatile! Read more
