I’ve been using this bench for a few weeks in my small home gym, mostly in the evenings after work. Assembly was straightforward. The packaging stood out first. Everything was wrapped securely with foam, and nothing arrived scratched or bent. The instruction manual was clear and easy to follow, and I had it set up in about 20 minutes on my living room floor. In daily use, it feels stable when doing presses, incline work, and seated shoulder exercises. I’m on the taller side, and the back support feels comfortable through my upper back and neck. I also like how easy it is to adjust between positions without needing tools. After workouts, I fold it up and slide it next to a wall, which helps keep the space clean. Two small suggestions. A couple of adjustment points could benefit from small labels to spot them faster. Also, adding a simple strap to keep it folded during carrying would be helpful. Overall, it fits well into a real home routine and feels dependable for regular strength training. Read more
Love this bench for what I do. It’s lightweight and sturdy. I workout in my basement mostly using my power cage. It’s great for my set up as I constantly have to move the bench around with literally one hand between workouts. Very quick incline/decline adjustment. Padding is fine. Love the price. No complaints. Excellent bench everything works well so far and feels stable doesn’t wobble i only have 30lb db for now so I’ll update when I get heavier weights to see how it holds up.It’s a pretty good size for my height(5’9)It has nice padding and the headrest is perfect size there’s still a little more room for taller people. It feels pretty thick but it does kind of move around with you. It can fold in half and fit in the closet and under my bed so I can work out in my room. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the metal that adjusts the angle is not centered unless and is slightly noticeable from a distance but up close doing rows or spider curls it’s really noticeable. Would still recommend as it’s easy to fold and saves alot of space I haven’t got to test it with heavier weight as they haven’t came so I’ll update. Read more
- It’s surprisingly sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The material has no odd smell, which is something I’ve run into with other in the past. - Assembly was quick and easy, and it folds down nicely for storage, perfect for an apartment. Overall, it’s well-made, compact, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! Read more
Very good bench for the money. Face it your buying this bench for the money and ability to fold it up. It’s a very good bench for the price! Took about 10-15 minutes to put together. Just make sure everything is tight. Well worth the money. The quality is there also. Not the most comfortable padding there is but who cares. If you want comfortable buy an expensive bench. Cant beat this for the money. Doesn’t wobble at all. Read more

Really good. Now the legs holder is a bit uncomfortable. You have to be the right leg length to fit good, but overall does the job. Also the horizontal legs can be a bit longer for support, but they do the job. After my review Absolute Fitness 1989( seller) contacted me and for the discomfort with the item they compensate me! This seller gets a 5 stars for me! Great service! Read more
