I got this for end of the couch not sure how they would work. Assembly was super easy, they are very steady on the carpet. We use it to set our drinks on and my daughter uses it as table in front of her. I had many ways you can position it for use. I like that it has a little shelf to store coasters on or what ever you want. Color was just like the picture. We liked it so much we got a second one. They are durable and functional. Read more

We don't have a table on either side of one couch so people would place a beverage cup or glass on the floor. Sometimes it would get kicked and tip over. We didn't want another coffee or end table in that room so I was delighted to finally find this cute little table that slides perfectly near the couch or any other piece of furniture. It is more sturdy than a folding tray table. It's not big enough or sturdy enough to use it as a work table or something you would constantly lean on, but is perfect to hold a mug, glass of wine and a small plate. My husband sometimes places his iPad on it to charge. We did have a small issue assembling it. One of the screws was a bit too long and went through the top. We replaced the screw and purchased brown tape to cover it as we were dealing with family medical issues and never got around to disassembling it to return to Amazon. This table is exactly as pictured. I put it together in about 5 minutes and it's a lovely compliment to my couch. The construction and materials are solid and it looks like it should be much more expensive than it is. Right now I don't have it styled, but it fits a lot of stuff, including a 5x7 framed picture, a hardback novel, and a candle. The lower shelf is good for stashing the remote. Read more
