I read all the great reviews but was doubtful this shaver was better than a full-sized Norelco, as some reviewers said. I had a 4-day beard, and this thing ate it up like nothing. The size is just great and fits well in the hand. It seems to remove hair much faster and much cleaner than any Norelco I've ever owned. No razor burn. No need to go over and over certain areas for a clean shave. The magnetic head snaps off easily for cleaning. I ran it under hot water. The head snaps back on again without effort. First, the unboxing experience is amazing. Very well put together. I wanted to put it to the test so waited for 4 days growth to try it. I plugged it in to the convenient type C plug and it charged very quickly. I picked up the little shaver that could. It felt cool and hefty in my hand. I started on the cheek just to check if it was going to pull hair or cut. Surprisingly it cut. Quite close. In a single pass. I moved on to my problem areas. Jaw and neckline. It took a few more passes and I did get a warm spot on my neck but never developed razor burn. Then the next test. Cleaning. It was easy to clean but you will want to use the brush provided as water was not enough to get the packed hair inside the cutting head. Overall a very nice shave and beautiful razor. It's an OK shave. I use it mainly to get under my jaw line, which is hard to shave with wider electric shaver heads. It does fine at cleaning up what the larger shaver missed. It might help if the blades spun faster. It is compact and makes a great shaver to carry with you on short trips where you need to pack lightly. Read more

Portability is amazing. The razor is slightly larger than the charging box for wireless earbuds, like Apple's AirPods. Includes a good leatherette case. Charges via USB, plug the cable into the bottom of the razor. The case has a cut-out for the battery port so you don't have to remove the shaver from its case to charge it. Battery life is acceptable, not stellar. My big problem with this shaver is that its motor is not powerful enough to do a good job. It's slow, takes longer to shave than other travel shavers I've tried, and doesn't do as good of a job. So my quest for a quality portable shaver continues. Amazon sells one that looks really promising: the Panasonic Swipe Right Travel Shaver, for about $100. Comes in black, silver, and purple. Reviews are generally very favorable. Read more
Since I’ve had it I’ve never once worried about shaving in a trip. Plus it’s got a nice weight and feel which makes it feel premium. Battery lasts me a month. Cleaning is super easy once you figure out how to move the hair out. Read more
