I’ve been using these for posture exercises and it’s a game changer. I love that they are adjustable so I can use a weight I’m comfortable with. Like if I’m not feeling well but still want to get my posture exercises and I can take the pieces off and use only one or 2 pounds versus 5 pounds. And it’s easy to store all the pieces. They are comfortable to hold and I think they are priced reasonable for what I got them for. I like how they come in pretty colors too.
