My son has now used these sliding shorts for over a year. Hundreds of runs through the washer and dryer after quite a few hours on the field, and they have held up amazingly. He has always boasted about how comfortable they are. They hold an athletic cup well. They are compression without being too tight. I had already bought two pairs of sliding short for my son. He’s a big boy overal and we could not find a good pair that fit his thighs and the cup did not sit low enough. The other two pairs we bought (Academy brand and Under Armor) were too tight on his thighs and the cup did not sit low enough. I was a little skeptical ordering these but they turned out to be a great product. They fit him great in the waist/ buttocks, thighs and length. The best part is that the cup sits low enough he’s not constantly having to adjust it. It does take some work to get it deep in the pocket but once there, it fit very well. These also seem to be very well made. After a season of washing them 1-2 times a week, they have held up well. If you have a child that has big thighs/ slightly chubs and is not happy with the placement of his current cup, give these a shot. I think you will be very happy with them. Read more
