pros: 1. the shipment arrived in one-week. seller's highly responsive to the shipping issue. 2. I can perform a relatively sturdy pullup on the rack. cons: 1. size tolerance of the rack is a little bit large. I had to use a nail clipper to grind away the surface of the varnish of the bar to get the bolt through the installing hole. it took me 2 hours to set up the product. 2. it's shaky when I perform dip and reverse curl on the rack. 3. the upper hand-grip bar can not be fixed appropriately. it still rotates after I try to screw the bolt hardly. I rate 4 stars for overall experience for this purchase. thank you. Read more
Good for pull-ups only
The pull up part is great with the wide grip, close grip and special finger grip. I wish it had a neutral grip option, but I knew that it didn't before I bought it. Everything else is not good. It's too wide to effectively and safely do dips, pushups or ab work with your forearms on the pads. It also rocks if you're not careful because the back side support base doesn't go far enough to create leverage on that side. I would not buy this again. Read more
