These compression shorts with a cup pocket are a good option for sports where you don't need the padding of sliding shorts (baseball) but want compression style shorts with a cup pocket (football, lacrosse). The overall quality is good. One thing to be aware of is that these aren't particularly long in the legs. I wouldn't describe them as short, but definitely not long. More like mid to mid-short. If you are looking for a more traditional length compression shorts that are longer in the legs, this may not be the right pair for you. But if you don't care or actually don't want them to be longer in the legs and just want compression style athletic boxer Jock style shorts that also hold a cup, these are a good pair. The price point is reasonable. They're definitely more affordable than some big brand name options. That said, there are other off brand options that I've previously found on Amazon that sell for a little bit less.
