The battery life is real good. And charging doesn't take to long either, The heating element doesn't get very hot, a little goes a long way with the heat (can feel it through clothing too). Overall, this heated knee massager really helps soothe my knee pain. The heat settings work great and make a noticeable difference, especially after long days or workouts. It’s much easier to move around with than a regular heating pad, and the cordless design makes it super convenient to use anywhere. The only downside for me is the massage feature — it doesn’t add much relief and is a bit loud and distracting rather than relaxing. I mostly stick to using the heat function, which works very well on its own. Despite that, I really like this device and use it often. Great knee massager. I have been using this for a few months now and I can't tell you that it hasn't failed me yet. Once charged it lasts for a few days for me. It heats up fast and has multiple heat levels to choose from. The fit is great because you can adjust it. It relieves my pain and I am able to relax. This knee massager is okay. The heat is probably the best feature. The massager is just these small boxes that vibrate and have multiple vibration patterns. Good enough to help relieve some pain. Material quality seems durable. Wish it focused on multiple points around the knee area. If you are looking for a strong product this isn’t the best knee massager but if you are looking for a knee heating pad this will do the work. Read more

My left knee has been quite stiff lately, so when I got the opportunity to review this item I was very excited. My biggest concern was if it would fit comfortably - My knee is 22" above and 19" below - but it is Highly Adjustable. In fact, they include a couple of extra straps so you can use it on your shoulder as well - while it did fit without the extra strap, it fits more comfortably with one. The heat is soothing and is easy to switch to a higher heat - though you do need to turn it off to lower it, but that is a few button pushes, so nothing difficult. It has three different massage tempos, all of which are nice and really hit the spot (pun intended). It is easy to move in, if you need to get up and do stuff while using it - it does not bind or pinch behind the knee, which I found to be a big plus. I do recommend using the timer function - otherwise you will drain the battery after a couple of very long uses. But it uses a regular USB-C, so while it comes with a charging cord, I can easily charge it with one I already have plugged in. The display is easy to read and the buttons are easy to use. I have used this almost every day since I got it, I like it that much. And it has helped my knee a great deal. Read more

This heated, massaging knee brace is amazing! After a recent knee injury, I used ice a few days then put this to work. It felt awesome! My knee felt less sore and stiff immediately. I used daily and can’t say enough about how well it works. A friend is having knee surgery in the near future and I’ve encouraged her to order one and show to the surgeon and physical therapist.
