The box was not sealed all around so I think one of the nuts fell out. I needed this asap for my 95-year old mother so don't want to return it. We put a rubberband on the bottom handle until I can find a nut that fits. It's a handsome caddy but I put it on the inside shower door rail for her and everything flops forward just a little bit. The caddy doesn't hang straight up and down as might to a shower chair or walker. So while the whole set up is not perfect, it will work. Read more

My bathtub has glass shower doors that made my space too narrow to hang this from the arm of my shower chair. I improvised and got a shower rod that I installed down low, and hung this on there instead. This caddy is very sturdy. I was worried that the shower head would easily slip out, but it doesn’t! It holds the shower head handle snugly which makes me feel safer. It easily holds two small shampoo/conditioner bottles, body wash, and face wash.
