Not quite right for me. The overall style and fabric quality are impressive, and I had high hopes when I ordered a size Large. The waist and length fit just right, which I appreciated—but unfortunately, the cut through the thighs and legs is far too loose for my taste. The silhouette feels outdated and lacks the modern, tailored look I prefer. With a more streamlined, tapered fit, these could easily be a go-to piece. I got these pants to be basic blacks for LARPing. They are polyester so they have a plastic feel and are a synthetic fabric but they pass for natural fabric at a glance. This is great when you don't know what kind of role you are playing or what other costuming you will need to pair your clothes with. I like that it has button up pockets so I can keep my keys and wallet in there and avoid losing them if I have to fall down or do a dive or a roll. The regular pockets are deep and situated so nothing will fall out just from sitting down which is nice to have too but the real point of interest is that each pocket is actually two pockets divided in half which I've never seen before! Great for keeping my wallet and keys and phone separate but equally accessible. The ankles are elastic which isn't usually what I like but it's great for wearing outdoors when you don't want ticks getting inside your clothing. I bought a size larger than I usually do and they have a loose, comfortable fit. Read more
