hefty smooth pillow.soft and firm at the same time. enough to space the knees and arms to align the spine like it says. definitely cooling pillow as much as one can be. fluff was quick out of the package and 24hrs its even bigger. smell went away but has a chemical scent at first. i can put my whole weight on it and still feel supported 170lb pregnant. works for sitting up too but it is rather heavy and huge it might get in the way of your others on the bed Read more

I waited a few days after opening this to write a proper review. When I took it out of the package my first impression was that it appears to be very lumpy. You're supposed to let it set for 48 hours to firm. And I thought maybe once it firms up, the lumpiness will cease. Wrong. So naturally I was a little disappointed and withdrawn from this product. But i decided to give it a chance anyways. And I can't make this make sense unfortunately, but it has been my experience that while actually laying with the pillow, it doesn't feel lumpy. I don't know what it is about the pillow. You can feel it when you gently rub your fingers across it. If you look closely you can see where it's lumpy throughout the pillow. But when you're laying with it, it's nice and firm, it's comfy, can't feel the lumps. It's a great body pillow! My son even loves it. Ive been using it for three nights now and he slept directly on top of it the other night himself. So as weird and as odd as the pillow seems, it's truly wonderful. And would buy again. This pillow is amazing!! I got this body pillow because I had surgery on my stomach, and I was afraid of not being able to get comfortable after the surgery. This was a game-changer!! This pillow is sooo soft, sooo cool, and soooo light!! It takes a few minutes for it to puff up to its full size after delivery. It's held its shape and it's not flat at all!! It is very fluffy and more cooling than my previous one I had from Walmart. It comes in pretty flat from the box and there are easy instructions on how to make it fluffier. The size was also longer than my old one and I like how much longer this new one is. It also has some weight to it.
