I wanted something less processed than the coffee creamer I was using and decided to give this a try...it worked out fine after I figured out I needed to use my small wire whisk to blend it in. It only took a few seconds of brisk whisking to get my coffee perfect...it took no longer than stirring in powdered creamer with a spoon. The taste wasn't like my powdered coffee creamer, which at first I wasn't sure of, but I decided I liked the authentic dairy taste. Another difference is after about 5 minutes my coffee had a slight skim of cream that rose to the top, but I just gave my coffee a swirl and that fixed that. The product is fine -- I like keeping the powdered version handy for when I'm out of cream, and this is one of the better ones I've bought. But considering how easy it is for such a fine powder to clump and foul up a zipper seal (requiring a toothpick, time and patience to fix) I wish this had been packaged in a canister instead of a bag. This is a good, convenient product. I have purchased it several times and will purchase it again. I use this in my morning coffee and have had no issues with it. It doesn't clump up, dissolves easily and has a good flavor. It is a little pricey, but is a dollar less than the one I was using and works as well as the other brand. I wanted to love this but I can’t figure out how to dissolve it. I’ve tried their recipe, hot water, cold water, lukewarm water. Stir with blender, whisk, fork. Just took it out of the fridge where it’s been for three days with me whipping it daily and it STILL tastes grainy. You can literally taste the thousands of little grits. The flavor-while not perfect- I can live with but that grainy mouthfeel is gross. Read more
