Overall, pretty efficient way to keep human and dog hair out of your drain!
This helps keep my drain free of my own hair as well as my dog’s! Does a good job, easy to use and clean. Only negative I’ve noticed is that it does slow the flow of water into the drain even when there isn’t hair in it, so I usually remove it once I’m done washing my hair so the tub can rinse/drain easily. Catches hair very well
This works well! It stays in place while water is running, catches hair from all angles, and is easy to wipe/rinse off after the shower. It is sturdy as well. Read more
It’s fine, but could be better
First, it basically works. It stops the majority of my hair from going down the drain when I wash my hair so it’s doing its job for the most part. Where it falls short is how it sits on the tub floor. The area around my drain isn’t large enough for it to lay completely flat all the way around. The metal emblem on the top fell off after a few weeks too. It’s just a cosmetic logo disc so it doesn’t stop it from working. It could be a little heavier so it could sit flush on the ground all the way around, and then use a stronger glue for the embellishment. It’s not hard to remove the hair but some strands do take a little more effort to remove. Read more
Awesome Hair Catcher
I just received this item and its great! I love that it came in purple to match my bathroom! the weight on top keeps it from sliding around. It popped open and was immediately ready to use. The bottom plastic seems a little flimsy but I imagine that is due to it being collapsible. I have used it a few times now and it catches the hair well. I anticipate this will last a while! Read more
Worth it
I would recommend this product, the Zara Bathtub Drain Hair Catcher. It’s very easy to use, it catches hair, the suction keeps it in place, and it fits over my pop up drain stopper. What I do after I take a shower is I remove the hair from the catcher and then put the catcher off to the side. I noticed if I didn’t remove the Drain Hair Catcher from atop of the drain stopper (after I showered and cleaned it) that my drain stopper had calcium buildup. Read more
I think I still have this?
I ordered this ages ago, amazon just reminded me to review it. It overall did it's job but not perfectly. Some hairs always got through and did get to the drain. It was collapsible which was nice though! I think it grew mold and I had to throw it away though(because of my old apartment, not necessarily this thing). It didn't really stay in place either, I mean it didn't move much just sitting there but you could absolutely bump it out of the way on accident. Read more
