Note: This skirt is not embroidered. It is a gorgeous print. This skirt was a surprise. I thought it was cotton, but it is actually a silky polyester. It flows beautifully. The color is vibrant and is actually more stunning in person. It fits true to size and it is not the least bit sheer. The fabric is top quality. The only reason I took it down a star is because of the long drop waist. That is a warning for ladies whose torsos are not flattered by a drop waist. It is deep. I try to show that in my pictures. It can also make pairing it with a top a challenge, but I think a tank/shell with a cardi would be perfect. You can dress this skirt down with sandals or flip flops and go shopping or you can dress it up with heels and go to a wedding. It is very versatile. That color though- wow! I like this skirt. It's very pretty, flowy and feminine. Perfect staple for spring and summertime. The fabric is silky soft and lightweight, and almost feels like satin. The floral pattern looks just like the photo. The colours are rich, bright and vibrant. It has a thick elastic waistband that has plenty of stretchiness to it. Note: the tied bow on the waistband does not have a real function, it's just there for decoration. That kinda bugs me so I'll probably snip that off. The fit is mostly true to size. I'm a Large right now and ordered a Large. It fit in the waist and length no problem. I have wide hips so it was just a tad tight in the hip and stomach area but not egregiously. So if you're between sizes and not sure I would rec to size up to be safe. It is slightly see-through in bright light, but luckily they attached an inner lining which hits about to the knee to provide coverage of undergarments. This is a lovely skirt sure to generate compliments. It's appropriate for so many things, such as the workplace, beach, or easter dinner. You can style it up or down to make it look fancier or more casual. I'm glad I got it and I think it's a wonderful addition to any wardrobe. Read more
This is a really cute skirt and it fit true to size. I’m a US size 16 and I got the XL. It fits fine wearing it high waisted, which is what I prefer because I have a long torso. But if you want to wear it at your hips, you may need to size up. The fabric is really soft and it’s thick enough to not need a slip under it. Read more
It has a very cheap feel to the fabric—more plastic than silky— and I can tell on a hot day it will not be very breathable. It’s got a super shiny cheap finish as well. I was very excited about it but upon holding it in person I don’t think I’d buy another one. It fits true to size, and looks very cute on! I just wish the fabric were different. Read more
This is a great maxi skirt. It is very lightweight, comfortable, and flows but not see through at all! It has quite a bit of stretch in the waistband so if you are between sizes I would recommend choosing the smaller size. The colors and design are exactly as pictured and it looks very nice in person. Love this skirt for the summer! It is super lightweight. The material is silky, soft, and lightweight. It is double lined so it is not see-through. The extra lining is nice for a better quality skirt while also not adding weight. It does not feel heavy or weighed down with the additional lining. The waistband is elastic which is nice because it can fit a variety of waist sizes. There is a drawstring "detail" on the front to tie a bow. Beware- this is NOT a real drawstring if you are looking for that. The band is truly only elastic. The length is GOLD for tall girls! I am 5'9" and this is longer than mid-skin but not quite to my ankles. It is so hard to find a skirt this length. Given the material of the skirt, you do not need to worry about it shrinking in the dryer either. Read more
