I have very high arches and plantar fasciitis so arch support is a necessity for me. I have tried several different types and find these my favorite. I like that these fit with velcro and are, therefore, more adjustable than others. Better than expected. These definitely have helped my tired hurting feet. I love that they are adjustable, as in you can move them to where your arch is to get the support you need. Changing the support from the lower to higher is super simple. I'm on my feel most of the day and these have made a world of difference.
