I’ve been using this product for about a year and absolutely love it! It mixes very well, which is always a concern with protein powders. I use it for breakfast by making a “protein tea” with 3 Yogi immune system packets, two scoops of this bone broth powder, honey, and lemon. It's delicious and keeps me full until lunch. This is the best bone broth product I've used; I've purchased this 5 times over the course of a couple years. I don't drink it every day, although I easily could (and probably should). It's hydrolyzed, which makes it easily dissolvable in water. There is a slight marrow flavor, so it may take some getting used to if you're trying to put it into a morning beverage like coffee. It is a really great additive for soup or anything savory, and drinking it hot on its own with a pinch of salt is also very nice. My personal noted effects include stronger finger nails (and I imagine bone/joint health with how I feel), increased acuity/brain function, overall energy boost and a few mild positive effects related to the bedroom. It all sounded good enough to give it a try. It is "unflavored" but in my opinion has a "meat" scent to it. It threw me off the first two times when I added it to my yogurt. I now stir it into my peanut butter and that works much better for me. It should do real well in stews or soups as well but I have not had a chance to try it yet. It's a very fine powder and mixed in very well. I did buy the small 15 serving size with the discount off 2 as this is my first time trying this type of product.
