Lightweight
This jacket is thin and and very lightweight. I wanted it that way so I could layer with a sweater underneath but just have enough coverage for light rain. It falls just above the knee. It looks very stylish. Read more

I ordered this rain jacket in beige small for spring travel and it has become one of my most-used wardrobe pieces since it arrived. The beige color is exactly as shown -- a warm, neutral tone that pairs with almost anything, and the cut is tailored enough to look put-together rather than shapeless like a lot of rain jackets. The water resistant fabric does its job well. It sheds light to moderate rain effectively and the hood fits snugly around the face without obstructing peripheral vision. The metal snap closures on the front add a nice design touch and are sturdy -- they snap and unsnap easily without catching or requiring a lot of force. The drawstring waist is a feature I genuinely appreciate. It allows you to customize the silhouette so the jacket can be worn loosely as a windbreaker or cinched in for a more fitted look over light layers. The cuffs also have adjustable tabs that help keep out wind and rain. For a small I found the fit accurate to standard sizing. The jacket is long enough to cover the hips, which I prefer in a rain coat. It's lightweight enough that layering a light sweater or hoodie underneath works easily without the jacket feeling strained or bunched. Come packable -- the jacket folds down to a manageable size for a tote or carry-on, which made it very practical for a recent trip where weather was uncertain. The 100% polyester fabric does feel stiffer than a fleece-lined option, which is expected for a raincoat. This is outerwear, not a cozy layer -- it provides wind and water protection and looks polished doing it. Highly recommended for spring and fall travel and everyday weather protection. Read more
This is an excellent raincoat! The packaging makes it perfect for gifting, as it comes in a medium-sized plastic zipper case. The coat’s material is a stiff, semi-thin, water resistant fabric. It has good wind protection, and is pretty durable. There are black, metal push-buttons going up the front, cover a wide metal zipper underneath. The accents are silver, and there are two elastic drawstrings at the waist for more definition, and drawstrings on the hood as well. There are semi-deep pockets at the sides, and the hood is large and floppy. My measurements are 45(34m), 32, 45, and I got this jacket in an XL. It runs true to size and I love the fit of the XL! If you’re between sizes and have a larger bust, I’d recommend going with the larger size so that it fits perfectly in the chest. Even when worn regularly (without adjusting the waist elastic) the jacket has a nice shape. It has a subtle curve to it that keeps it looking feminine, rather than boxy. The sleeves are slightly baggy, but flattering, and cuff at the wrists. You can either make the collar lay flat or you can pull it up and button it so that it looks more like a turtleneck. I personally think it looks prettier with the collar lying down over my shoulders. When I pull the waist strings the fabric nips in right under my bust, giving me a very gentle curve at the waist and making the bottom half of the jacket flare out slightly. It highlights my figure and looks so cute. It’s a longer length, with the hem falling just below my hips. Overall, this is a pretty and fashionable raincoat! It’s extremely flattering, and the color is such a smooth dark black that it looks chic, especially with the silver accents. This is the only rain jacket I’ve ever had that accommodates a figure and looks feminine. 10/10! Read more
