Very pleased with the quality of these thigh highs! I'm 5'2, 130 lbs (thighs slightly on the thicker side) and they fit perfectly! I also have a knee injury and can still wear these comfortably all day as they don't squeeze unnecessary but still stay in place. I llive that I can layer them over tights and/or with other socks for a fun look that's as cute as it is warm and comfortable. I'm very pleased with the quality as well. Had for well over a year, and they're honestly pretty worn, but still hold up really well and are just as soft as when I bought them. How soft is that? Like bigfoots' cousin going around your entire foot and all the way up your shiny legs. Stretch is a little in the middle, although that's probably just the bad genetics on my end.
